*Vase

with cover representing a seated figure. The arms are bent and the hands are very long and brought back to the chest. The fingers are signified by grooves highlighted with cinnabar. The round belly is prominent. The shoulders are broad and rounded. The head is free of the body. The mouth is open and the lips are thick and turned up. The tapered eyes are perforated. The nose is aquiline. The superciliary arches are raised and meet at the root of the nose. The straight ears are prominent and the lobes are pierced. The head is topped by a raised headband. A transverse hole is located at the top of the head. The vase is composed of two distinct parts. The head and the bust form the lid. Brown-beige terracotta with traces of cinnabar Maya - Guatemala, 200 - 400 AD 32 x 23.5 x 22.3 cm Upper part intact.
