Ceremonial sceptre, called an eccentric, representing the profile of a king. The silhouette is in the general shape of an almond. The profile with its aquiline nose is finely detailed. The mouth, the chin and the presence of the eyes are realized by sharp and precise flashes. The sovereign is recognizable by his headdress made of a feather fan. This is embellished with a torch of flames emerging from a frontal mirror, a characteristic attribute of the god K'awiil. The rest of the body is stylized and the jagged edges describe a garment enriched with feather ornaments. The legs are grouped together and merge into the tip of the flint.
