Carlo Mollino was hired by Enrico Nardi for a special project: to participate in the 24-hour race at Le Mans. In 1955, the aerodynamics of this car was very advanced but not very stable at speed. It could not finish the race. Nardi donated the car to the National Museum of Science and Technology 'Leonardo da Vinci' in Milan.
