Fold-out album with twelve leaves, each leaf set inside a paper frame sprinkled with silver foil, the album bound in silk brocade with a cover in dark blue silk, fastened to one side. Illustrating twelve individual images of amorous encounters, including a noble couple, a samurai with a courtesan, two women, and an older man with a younger woman. Dimensions: Image size ca. 23.5 x 42 cm (each), Album size 26.5 x 45 cm Condition: Very good condition with vivid colors, minor wear, and light stains. Provenance: From an English private collection, acquired at Chiswick Auctions London, 28 February 2017, lot 52.
