The painting is a copy of Dong Yuan's “潇湘图” by Zhang Da qian in 1946. Zhang Da qian is good at imitating the ancients’ and his works can surpass the real ones.
This painting depicts Chang Jiang River landscape. In the painting, the mountains are rolling in-group, the clouds and fog are dim, and the rivers,
trees and stones are all enveloped in the ethereal haze, which show vast, dull and distant prospect.
