White Tara seated in lotus position on a large double lotus base. The lower body is dressed in a wavy garment with decorative brim. The legs and hips seem quite large in comparison to the Goddess's slim upper body. She is holding one hand raised with thumb touching the middle and ring finger while the other hand is resting above the knee, thumb touching index finger and holding a rosary. Flowers are growing besides her, she is wearing a decorative tiara with ornamental pattern. The inside seems hollow and shows small latches.
