69. Michel ADANSON (1724-1806) naturalist Autograph notes with drawing, in the margin of a print, [1798]; 1 page in-4, addressed "to Citizen Adanson" (in cardboard folder). Printed application of Antoine Baumé (1728-1804) for the vacant place in the Chemistry section at the the National Institute; Adanson noted comments in the margins in the margins, and inscribed this note with a pen drawing of a of a worm: "3 worms vomited by my white cat in April 1798, then 5 months old [...] This cat often dipped often dipped his paws in water; he had horripilations of shivering. [...] Stiff, like a cartilage, head in heart flattened", etc.
