A free artist, she is uncontrollable, both in the subjects she tackles and the techniques she explores. The discovery of her work, fascinating, is built by sequences, by series, expressing itself most often on large formats. To understand the unique character of this unclassifiable artist, Maryam was born with an extra chromosome. From childhood she developed a spontaneous taste for the plastic arts. Her parents see it as a chance for self-fulfillment, expression and above all an opportunity for exchange. Maryam is no longer completely self-taught. Between 2011 and 2016, she took courses as an auditor at the Arts Déco, at the Grande Chaumière and at the École Nationale des Beaux-Arts de Paris (ENSBA). The viewer thus enters her world, exchanging with her paintings the world through her eyes. She throws her brush onto the canvas with sweeping gestures and chooses the most brilliant colours.
