Letters from A.Amfiteatrov to A.Balashov after the publication of his book. "I cannot find the words to thank you. It is a real Egyptian work that you have done. The book is beautiful, it looks like a pre-war edition. Nowadays, they don't make such beautiful books in emigration. I was always surprised by the quality of the corrections. Your energy and resilience are incredible. I'll say it honestly: to spend nine, even ten months working on the book under these conditions is a harder feat than taking a gun and killing a Bolshevik." - Notebook №1 including: genealogical data of the Balashov family; comments on some correspondence with Balashov's expectations of these correspondents; essays of poems; copy of a certificate of Andrei Balashov's induction into the main circle of the Russian Truth Brotherhood under the number №114.; copy of a certificate of Andrei Balashov's appointment as head of the Brotherhood's department in Belgium; love correspondence with Marie Berezina. 1924, Belgrade. The correspondence ends on 3/7/1924 when Marie Berezina announces that she can no longer wait for Andrei Balashov's answer to her love and that she is thinking of accepting a proposal of marriage with another; Andrei Balashov's diary concerning his memories of the war, his meetings and important events. 1920-1927. 1920 - 10 pp, 1921 - 11 pp, 1922 - 25 pp, 1923 - 38 pp, 1924 - 46 pp, 1925 - 30 pp, 1926 - 43 pp. The diary is difficult to read (spaces are missing between the typed lines). Important part of the diary that reveals important years of the civil war in which Andrei Balashov fully participated. - Notebook №2 including: administrative documents of A.Balashov. Among them: proof of A.Balashov's injury in 1920. Including a copy of the correspondence between A.Balashov and General P.Krasnov and writer A.Amfiteatrov concerning the problems of the Brotherhood. 1933 - 44 pp, 1935 - 40 pp, 1936 - 16 pp, 1937 - 31 pp, 1938 - 11 pp, 1939 - 14 pp, 1940 - 12 pp (the years 1937-1940 are difficult to read.
