Cream-coloured earthenware. Brand: absent. Height: about 30.5 cm and 27 cm. Conservation: very good, minimal insignificant chipping; one of the small obelisks broken into several fragments and reassembled in an old restoration, , Five obelisks, of two sizes, decorated with Egyptian hieroglyphics held up by four small lions on high cubic terracotta bases. They show a similarity, in the presence of the corner lions, with the famous Vatican obelisk in St. Peter's Square, , Obelisks were often used for the decoration of refined neoclassical table settings.
