Complete suite of 12 compositions by Eugène Grasset engraved on wood and printed in chromotypography. Printed before the letter. 20,5 x 15,6 cm. In 1896, Grasset made a calendar for the clothing store La Belle Jardinière and exhibited the original watercolors at the Salon de la Société nationale des beaux-arts. The artist had already illustrated a commercial calendar for the store Au Bon Marché in 1886 and he repeated the exercise in 1904 for La Belle Jardinière with a calendar known as the Seasons.
