In-4, midnight blue morocco, broad lace of gilt fillets and fleurons, ornate spine, inner lace, edges speckled (Levasseur jeune). Last early edition of the works of Alain Chartier, brought to light by André Du Chesne (1584-1640), historian and scholar from Chinon.
It is, according to Brunet, "preferable to all the previous ones for the accuracy of the text, but the Demandes d'amour and the Débat du gras et du megre have been excluded."
