Intrigued by the title of the work, we are tempted to look for the characters or the landscape hidden behind the coloured masses - iridescent pyramid in the foreground, blurred flames in the background. It would also be tempting to get rid of these questions by perceiving this as a purely digital composition, but there is no question of that: the photographer works with film. In doing so, he creates new spaces between the world and us, and invites us to a new connivance with objects in the form of a coloured abstraction. Stripped of their ordinary appearance, objects escape their condition of utilitarian or consumable goods, to become a pure visual reality, revealed by the image.
