Edition illustrated with 41 original etchings by Alméry Lobel-Riche, including a portrait-frontispiece, 20 out-of-text compositions and 20 large historiated lettrines. Edition at 197 numbered copies, this one of the 25 first copies on old japon, after a unique copy on the same paper, including, besides the finished state of the engravings: - 3 suites of the hors-texts: the pure etching, the state in black with remarks and the state in colour with remarks, - a suite of the lettering with remarks, - a proof of the frontispiece with remarks, - an original drawing by Lobel-Riche, - one original copperplate engraving.
