Bracelet/Strap: Patek Philippe leather strap and 18k gold buckle. Dial: signed, champagne, applied bâton indexes, minute divisions, small seconds, date indication, bâton hands. Movement: signed, self-winding cal. 27-460M, n. 1121369, 37 jewels, rhodium-plated, côtes de Genève, Geneva seal, 18K gold rotor, Gyromax balance, blued Breguet hairspring. Accessories: Patek Philippe box and warranty (stamped Orologeria Eberhard S.p.A.). Diameter Ø: 35 mm Note: working. Made from 1960 circa, and remained in production until the 1980s, the reference 3445 nicknamed "Monodate" was the first Patek Philippe model to integrate a "simple" calendar function.
