A fragmentary Egyptian blue glazed composition shabti of typical mumiform, holding two hoes, with part of the lappet wig and beard remaining, with six horizontal lines of hieroglyphic text, with a hierolyphic inscribed dorsal column, 7.8cm high and the central body section of another Egyptian blue glazed composition shabti with the partial remains of six horizontal lines of hieroglyphic text and hieroglyphic inscribed dorsal column, 3.6cm high, 26th Dynasty, 664-525 B.C. with worn blue glazed amuletic group composed of two figures in erotic pose, Late Period – Ptolemaic, 4.5cm x 4.5cm (3) Provenance: Formerly in the collection of Werner Forman (1926-2011) Missing the head, chips to the beard and glaze worn on the proper right hand, right shoulder, dorsal column and base. With cracks to the surface and some wear to the glaze. Shabti fragment: some worn glaze, particularly to the front. Both with overall wear and some discolouration. Amulet: very worn surface with loss of definition. Facial features and back of heads worn, chip to the base with degradation of the overall surface.
