A Cypriot Iron Age black-on-red ware pottery juglet of barrel form with trefoil lip, the decoration on the body consisting of multiple encircling bands of varying width, a broad band around the base of the neck and rim, with further colour edging the handle, 13cm high; a fragment of a Cypriot Iron Age terracotta votive figure with upraised arms and headdress partially remaining, circa 750-475 B.C., 8cm high and a Roman green glass candlestick unguentarium, late 2nd -3rd Century A.D., 16.8cm (3) Provenance: Acquired by the current owner’s grandmother in the 1970s. Vessel: With cracks repaired with minor restoration in the cracks, some chipping around the cracks visible. Figures: lower body missing, one arm entirely missing, the other missing the tip, the headdress and face partially missing. Glass: yellowy encrustations on the rim exterior and on part of the body, with silvery iridescence visible on the interior, a brownish discolouration to much of the surface, with bubbly glass caused by iridescence particularly on the body.
