TURKEY, OTTOMAN ART, PERIOD OF SULTAN ABDULHAMID II (1876-1909)
Piriform body, with spout and handle in the form of a curved floral stem. Chased decoration of an oval medallion surrounded by flowers and a ribbon, on a guilloche and punctuated background. Hinged lid topped by a vegetable knob. Control marks, tughra and "sah" punches.
