PORSCHE CARRERA RS Recréation – 1979

The Carrera RS released in 1972 is certainly one of the brand's most iconic models, if not the number one model. Since 1973 the Carrera RS is the queen of car racing, whether in circuit or rally. Rare are the original RS, drivers like Touroul, Bussi, Perier have passed their engine of 2.4L in 2 ? 7L with the improvements of bodywork, we did the same and won twice the category at the famous race Carrera Panamericana. The car presented is the same, from a 1979 911 SC; it is a perfect clone of a 1973 Carrera RS, Group 3, with even some improvements with big brakes, aluminium arms, gearbox with autoblocker, linings, shocks, aluminium uprights, etc... (A list will be provided) Moreover it has a magnificent sound with its stainless steel exhaust, it has all the competition safety equipment, for the regularity. The owner has taken great care in maintaining the car; it has never taken part in competitions, but has made a few outings in the Tarn. He has decided to part with it because of its age, preferring a saloon car. It is the ideal car for rallies or circuits, both in competition and regularity and normal use. For eight times less than an original RS, you have a mythical Porsche, which will not have any original criticism, unlike many partly rebuilt RS. One of the most beautiful Porsche, still ultra modern with its 50 years, and which benefits from an aura of admiration.
