Uncommon work. A lawyer by training, Jean-Baptiste Durie testifies here to the detention he was subjected to during the Terror. Printer of the department of Loir-et-Cher in association with his uncle Jean-Philbert-Joseph Masson, he was dismissed with him in 1791 for the poor quality of their printing; he later resumed his activity as a lawyer. Printed on azure paper. Interesting copy enriched with 3 handwritten leaves, inserted at the time of the binding, including a chronology and a table of names cited.
