Wooden cover with wine-red velvet cover with floral blind embossing, the front cover with attached, carved, floral wooden border with center piece, each covered with light brown morocco leather; inside 4 corner fittings of gilded sheet metal with hallmarking and openwork leaf vines and with attached diamond-shaped metal plates with plant decor in colored enamel and gold and with a domed heart in the center. The middle piece with open worked, gilded metal fitting with plant and rocaille tendrils, on top the diamond-shaped enamel plate with heart, underneath a vaulted escutcheon with engraved and painted, intertwined monogram AW. The rear lid with 4 attached corner pieces in flower form, each consisting of wooden plates covered with light brown morocco with attached gilded metal flower as a hump. 44,5 x 32,5 x 3.5 cm. Inside covered with beige silk a. with red-white hanging cord. In blue cloth case with lid blind stamped and on the back with 4 silver-colored metal bosses and one (of 2) metal clasps. 48 x 35 x 5.2 cm. - Portfolio inside somewhat foxed, outside fine condition.
