GW 6412. - Popular work on the Italian language, written by the Dominican Domenico Cavalca (c. 1270-1342). First printed in 1472, known in 6 editions during the incunabula period; also published in Venice in the same year as the present printing. - The first 6 leaves after the title (a2-a7) are missing. Ex. with wide margins. Some stains, several leaves (including title) with repaired marginal tears. marginalia by old hand. - Incunable. Modern wood binding with leather spine (crowns rubbed). Lacking the first 6 sheets after the title. Partly somewhat stained, few sheets with repaired chipping. Marginalia.
