Tit. opened and scarcely trimmed, slightly browned and partly slightly foxed, beginning somewhat finger-foxed and with slight marginal tears, ink foxing in the upper margin towards the end, the last 4 leaves (register) with marginal tears (partly repaired), missing 5 leaves at the end enclosed as a copy.
