Beautiful edition of this collection of short stories by Remy de Gourmont, printed at 335 copies. It is illustrated with 36 original compositions drawn and engraved on copperplate by Jean-Émile LABOUREUR (1877-1943), of which 23 are in black (a vignette on the title, 13 headpieces and 9 endpapers) and 13 full-page figures in colour on the marker. One of 285 copies on white vellum of Rives (n° 79), this one enriched with a suite of illustrations on the same paper, and the subscription brochure.
