In sheets, filled cover, folder and slipcase. Edition printed at 130 copies on vellum pur fil du marais, illustrated with 24 original etchings in colours by Claude LEPAPE (1913-1994), including one in the frontispiece and 23 in the text. Copy number 12, specially printed for André Gavoty, enriched with a suite of color illustrations on white Malacca, as well as the menu of the lunch of May 20, 1950, given on the occasion of the book's release, illustrated with a color plate by Lepape. Letter from the illustrator on the false title, addressed to Jacques Crépineau, dated 1969 and accompanied by a beautiful original pencil drawing. Jacques Crépineau enriches it with two greeting cards illustrated by Lepape, for 1965 and 1968, a card from Fourrures Andrébrun illustrated by the artist, 5 original drawings in colours by the same artist and the original drawing of the vignette on page 134 .
