Magnentius on horseback right, holding shield and spearing an kneeling ennemy, a broken spear and shield below horse, GLORIA ROMANORVM, AMB in exergue (Bastien 104 ; RIC 122, 4). PROVENANCE: with certificate and invoice from Dominique Thirion, Brussels, Belgium. Rare, nice brown toning, excellent portrait, a spot of verdigris on reverse, extremely fine.
