Barbier IV, 977. - These volumes give an insight into the military career of Ferdinand of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel during the Seven Years' War. At the outbreak of the Seven Years' War in August 1756 he led one of the three army columns of the Prussian army entering Saxony. At the entry into Bohemia in April 1757 he led the vanguard and contributed much to the victory at the battle of Prague on May 6.
