Rare and beautiful flintlock rifle system Lorenzoni with repetition. Round barrel with sides to the thunder. Lever of armament of the hammer and the battery on the left side, to load a dose of powder in the basin. Rotating brass block. Rear plate and hammer engraved with scrolls. Iron hammer cocking strap (later). Primer tank door on the lock. Chased steel fittings and thumb piece. Partially carved walnut stock (chip to breech tail) with powder and bullet magazine. Folding buttplate (missing the axis), with traces of signature. Length: 78 cmA .B.E. About 1700 . This ingenious system was developed at the end of the 17th century, probably by Berselli in Bologna or Wetschgi in Augsburg. It is nowadays known by the most famous manufacturer of this system Michele Lorenzoni active in 1680 in Florence, working for the Medicis, but also for the Saxon voters.
