Small coffee pot. Meissen. Centennial Edition 1999. Johann Jacob Irminger1635 (?) Zurich - 1724 Grimma Porcelain, glazed and painted in polychrome onglaze colours and partially decorated with gold, the rims with gold thread, brass, mounted. Pear-shaped, four-edged body over a smaller, stepped square foot, the walls decorated with flowers and birds in low relief. Ear handles with volute ends. Square spout swinging out of a fish mouth, the upper end with a small brass hinged stopper. Small volute bridge between spout and wall. The bonnet lid of square cross-section with a small pointed knob. The underside with the sword mark in underglaze blue, two embossed numerals and the embossed year mark as well as the decoration and painter's mark and the mark of the 1999 century collection (three intertwined numerals 9 and numeral 1) and the edition numbering "14/19". The inside of the lid with the painter's figure. An example made of Böttger stoneware was designed by Johann Jacob Irminger around 1710-1719. It is kept in the porcelain collection of the Dresden State Art Collections under the inv. no. PE 2607.
