Carrier number 1427 w. clasp, on clasp with screw plate (probably replaced), the medal consists of a silver five-armed star, the arms of which are enamelled in red, in its centre is a white enamelled ring with the Cyrillic words "Patriotic War", in the centre of the ring in gold: hammer and sickle, behind it is a five-rayed star of solid gold, on it are depicted sword and rifle. Probably completed.
