Nat : Popa Medaw Ensemble de trois sculpture en bois polychrome. Birmanie, XIX° et début XX° H: 45, 45 et 68 cm Grande Nat Me Wunna. accompagnée de ses fils Shwe Hpyin Naungdaw et Shwe Hpyin Nyidaw. Selon la légende, le roi Anawrahta de Bagan a ordonné à Byatta, un personnage doté de pouvoirs surnaturels, d'aller chercher des fleurs fraîches dix fois par jour sur le mont Popa. Byatta est tombé amoureux de Me Wunna. Morte de chagrin après la mort de Byatta, elle est devenue nat connue sous le nom de Popa Medaw. Légères fentes dans les socles. Manque les armes tenues en main à l'origine.

Nat : Hnamadawgyi Nat (un des sept seigneurs de la mythologie birmane). Probablement Hnamadawdgyi, alias Saw Mairya (nom personnel) et Shwe myet hna (Dame au visage d'or). Soeur de Me Maha Giri (alias Bo Bo Dji). Tient généralement un petit poisson et un cheerot dans ses mains. Matière : Bois laqué polychrome, en thayo (orné de reliefs moulés) doré à l'or Origine : Birmanie Datation : XIXe - Début XXe siècle Taille : 47 cm (hauteur) État : Très bon. Manque probablement les objets portés à l'origine
