The beautiful blue central field is enthroned by an elaborately designed 16-panel round medallion with 2 traffic light pendants, flanked by a dense floral decoration in an infinite repeat as well as 4 corner spandrels, each occupied by a quarter of the medallion. 2 elegant secondary borders surround the wide red main border decorated with cartouches and floral medallions in a decorative manner.
