L.A.S. dated Paris, April 18, 1822, about a contribution levied in March 1805 by the French expedition on the inhabitants of Saint-Christophe in the Antilles. 2 pages in-8. In 1805, Barbot took part in the French expedition to the West Indies, seized Roseau, capital of the island of Dominica, on February 25, then returned to France to participate in the campaigns of the Grande Armée.

Marie-Jeanne Klein was married in 1931 to Marie-Pierre Kœnig (1898-1970), General-in-Chief of the F.F.I. in 1944, then promoted to General-in-Chief and appointed Military Governor of Paris shortly before the city's liberation. He was responsible for the arrest of Marshal Pétain in Vallorbe in 1945. He was posthumously raised to the dignity of Maréchal de France on June 6, 1984 - Typed letter of thanks with autograph signature made in Paris, dated May 16, 1955. Signed "M. J. Koenig".
