First edition, complete of its three parts: this fictitious interview was republished in 1708, and its content has little to do with the subjects announced in the title (Colbert's administration or War of the Spanish Succession), but offers on the other hand an overview of the general situation of France at the end of Louis XIV's reign, with, as it should be with Courtilz, numerous unverifiable anecdotes.
