Beautifully written (a few erasures) and very legible. Rare testimony dated and signed in fine on June 26, 1871 by Dr. Collineau, perhaps Alfred Collineau (1832-1894?), medical doctor (Paris, 1859), medical inspector of municipal schools, member of the Anthropological Society and author of several works on medicine and politics.
