Complete with 28 plates out of the text in colour and in black, including an etching (heavily scorched), 4 maps and plans out of the text, including a large plan of the exhibition in fine, and 375 illustrations in the text (sketches, tables, photos, maps and charts...) Art Nouveau, Gallé, Daum, Baccarat, breweries, Lorraine's industries, Alsatian culture are some of the subjects covered in this retrospective work on the economic development of Lorraine. Worn and warped binding, first plate's jaw split and glued back, some freckles in places.
