Description
Silver tripod coffee pot. Paris 1737-1738 Master goldsmith partially legible. Baluster shape, it rests on three feet with moulded attachments. The body is underlined by two mouldings of nets. The covered spout is decorated with a double shell and ends with a fruit. The cover with doucine, hinges and thumb rest is bordered by a frieze of gadroons surmounted by a molded button on a terrace with radiating gadroons. Baluster handle in turned wood. Mark of load: a horse, of countermark: a lizard. Height : 20 cm. Height : 20 cm Weight : 447 g.
