L'Explorateur" Revolver, 12-shot, 6 mm Velodog centerfire. Flush barrel marked on the top "Calibre 6 mm" and on the frame "Manufacture Française d'armes et cycle St Etienne". Hollow barrel. Blued steel frame stamped B under star. Brushed hammer and trigger. Plates of stick out of finely squared ebony. Iron ramrod. Length: 18 cm B.E. Model produced in small quantity around 1900 by the French Manufacture of weapons and cycles of Saint-Etienne for the colonies.
