Rare and curious pocket pistol with percussion system "Delvigne", one shot, calibre 9 mm Barrel with rifled sides engraved on the top "INVon Delvigne à Paris". Dog and frame chased in the shape of a fantastic animal. Hardened and blackened rubber stock, carved with foliage and animals, a dog and a she-wolf. Rod of stuffing screwed and embedded in the stick. Length : 10 cm B.E. About 1855-1860. Henri Gustave DELVIGNE (1800-1876), harquebusier and inventor in Paris. He is the inventor with Chamelot of the revolver 1873.
