You have so far given me you have given me so many different proofs of your affection and zeal for everything that concerns me, that I that I cannot doubt the sincerity of the feelings you express to me. You can be sure that I am as grateful to you as you could possibly wish, and that on any given occasion I should like to give you some proof of the affection I bear you and the esteem in which I make of your person. »
