Collection of the privileges of the city of Bourges. 1643. 1 vol. in-4. Full contemporary soft vellum. 7] ff, 212pp. Engraved title and frontispiece, two armorial plates and 209 engraved escutcheons left blank. Work attributed to Jean Toubeau by Brunet. The work also contains a "Summary description of the city of Bourges", the "Chronological list of the mayors and archbishops who have governed the city of Bourges since [....] 1474 until [...]1643" and "Coat of arms of the families of the city of Bourges, who have held the offices of mayor and eschevins since the year 1474, with the names and coats of arms of some of the prud'hommes who preceded that time". Missing leaves Miii and Miv. Copy partly unbound, endpapers loose.
