In a dark interior with paneled walls, a table with precious coverings, as well as detailed carpets, lansquenets have gathered and are examining numerous showpieces. On the left a lansquenet in red robes accentuates the scene; he is just being paid for some pieces. Monumental work by the artist. Signed and dated lower left, titled and inscribed on verso.
