Wide historicizing ornamental frame in the style of baroque. 1970s. Wood, mass-decorated, painted in gold and bolus colours. The narrow frame plate is decorated with a double square bar, the wide, outwardly strongly rising, laterally undercut hinge opening into an ornamental band. The carvings are richly covered with acanthus leaf tendrils, scrollwork and flowering branches. The corner cartouches with rocailles surrounded by acanthus vines. The mitres are stabilised by triangular joints. Partially minimally rubbed. Dimensions: r. 70,5 x 60 cm, fold 53 x 43,5 cm, profile 9 x 5,8 cm.
