Heidi Manthey 1929 Leipzig 1946-49 Studied painting and graphics in Leipzig with Walther Münze and Max Schwimmer. 1949-52 studied ceramics in Halle/Burg Giebichenstein. After 1956 collaboration with Hedwig Bollhagen in Marwitz. Lectureships at the Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee from 1975-80 and at Burg Giebichenstein from 1980-97.
