Nine pieces, consisting of two coffee cups with saucers, two dessert plates, jug, cream jug and sugar bowl. Walls and inside of cups and bowl decorated by delicate bellflower décor. Decor "122". Hedwig Bollhagen 1907 Hannover - 2001 Marwitz near Berlin 1925-1927 Studies at the Ceramic College in Höhr. 1927-1931 Head of the painting department at the Velten factory of the Steingutfabriken Velten, where she worked with the Bauhaus ceramists Theodor Bogler and Werner Burri, among others. 1934 Founded her own manufactory "HB-Werkstätten für Keramik", which still exists today, for which Theodor Bogler, Werner Burri, Charles Crodel and Waldemar Grzimek, among others, worked as freelance artistic collaborators and also provided designs.
