Swan handle cup with saucer. KPM Berlin. Around 1830- 1840. Porcelain, glazed and partially gold decorated. Cylindrical shape with concave walls over three paw feet with curved swan's handle. The saucer in a moulded form. Cup and saucer each with two surrounding pearl bands in half relief. The sceptre mark in underglaze blue and the date "16. Nov. 1867" engraved in detail by another hand on the underside, the saucer with the additional place name "Gabitz" and the embossed number "28". Gold decoration on the handle and in the area of the saucer's mirror partially rubbed. One paw with a chip and one cup with a tiny chip. The saucer with a shrinkage. Dimensions: cup h. 12,5 cm, saucer d. 16 cm.
