One work was exhibited at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden in 1879. The artist executed another one in 1881. Yellowed. O.Mi. with a small hole for tearing. Margins with small tears. Verso stained as well as at the right and left margin with traces of glue from an older mounting. Measures: 21.5 x 31.6 cm, Psp. 31 x 44.5 cm. Ernst Dannhauer 1843 Altgeringswalde - last mention 1891 Genre and glass painter, studied at the academy of arts in Dresden under Julius Hübner. Surviving works include "Minnesänger und Lautenspielerin" from 1891 and the glass painting "Segnender Christus" 1895 for the parish church of Bärnsdorf.
