Verso dated in lead on the stretcher upper right and illegibly inscribed. Framed in a profiled, golden wooden moulding with decorative egg-bar decor. On the verso of the frame inscribed in lead "Interiór". Deformation and tiny hole in the canvas mi.r. Slightly rubbed in the marginal areas due to the frame. Small retouchings in the area of the woman's hair and on the man's hat. The frame partially bumped, with small missing parts. Dimensions: 68,5 x 50 cm, frame 81 x 63 cm. Richard Eisermann 1853 Oppershausen - 1927 Krailling German genre painter, father of Richard Eisermann the younger (*1897 Budapest). Eisermann studied at the Royal Academy of Arts in Munich from 1871. He showed his works at the Great Berlin Art Exhibitions from 1878, was represented at the First International Art Exhibition Vienna 1882 and at the Dresden Art Exhibition 1884. Eisermann lived in Budapest from 1891 to 1910. From 1918 resident in Krailling near Munich.
