Coignard), 1747. 5 volumes small in-8° of [6]-80-494 (Chiffr. 488 - additional pp. 137, 138, 433 to 436) ; [10]-492 ; |8]-536 ; |6]-591-[1] ; 22-676-[2] pages, emerald-green morocco, gilt fillets and corner fleurons on the boards, gilt inner lace, gilt edges (Allo). One of the most beautiful editions of Boileau, and still considered the most complete. Its illustration consists of a portrait by Rigaud engraved by Daullé, 5 fleurons on the titles by Eisen, 38 vignettes by Eisen engraved by Aveline, de La Fosse or not signed, and finally 6 very beautiful figures for the Lutrin, not signed but drawn and engraved by Cochin fils.
