PATEK PHILIPPE The Millenium Set - Ref. 5026 A complete set of four wristwatches in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold and platinum to celebrate the new millennium in the year 2000. Ref. 5026J - 015 3150430 / 4054194: 18k (750°/00) yellow gold case, white dial with Roman numerals and baton hour markers, off-center seconds, railway minute track, 18k (750°/00) yellow gold pin buckle signed. Ref. 5026G - 015 3151475 / 4074062: 18k (750°/00) white gold case, blue dial with Roman numerals and baton hour markers, off-center seconds, track minute track, 18k (750°/00) white gold pin buckle signed. Ref. 5026R - 015 3150357 / 4074075: 18k (750°/00) pink gold case, charcoal grey dial with Roman numerals and baton hour markers, off-centre seconds, railway track minute track, 18k (750°/00) pink gold buckle signed. Ref. 5026P - 011 3151151 / 4035632: platinum (950°/00) case, white dial with Roman numerals and baton hour markers, off-center seconds, track minute track, platinum (950°/°°) pin buckle signed. Technical characteristics: mechanical movement with automatic winding, visible through a transparent screwed caseback, 22k gold micro rotor, calibre 240/151, "Côtes de Genève" decoration, stamped with the Geneva hallmark. Diameter 33 mm. In its original case, a leather carrying case with its box, its fabric protection, all the documents supplied such as the certificate of origin, the Patek Philippe booklet, the case and the watch. and the original envelope with the references and numbers of each watch on a sticker. This box has been carefully preserved by its original owner and comes with all of the accessories and testifies to the skill of the Geneva-based Patek Philippe manufacture in to produce exceptional and rare timepieces. The reference of these watches under the numbers 5026 starts in 1997 and from 1999 Patek Philippe decided to produce a limited series of 130 sets of four watches, which are distinguished above all by their dials with bar indexes and Roman numerals used for this limited series. Rare are the occasions to see these boxes on sale, the last one having been presented for sale at auction at Sotheby's in Geneva on May 13, 2015 was accompanied only by its register extracts and not the certificates of origin, which is the case for our Full Set example.
